How to forward a local USB device to RDP?

There is a conditional server with Windows 2016, connecting to it via RDP, you need to forward a usb webcam to it
In the RDP client settings there are local devices and the camera itself, it is checked, but when connecting via rdp to the camera there is no
Allow RDP redirection of other supported RemoteFX USB devices from this computer enabled
What am I doing wrong? read several instructions and all are the same, enable Allow RDP redirection of other supported RemoteFX USB devices from this computer and check the client settings

I took win 10 ltsb, installed Webcam for Remote Desktop from fabulatech, tested it, everything seems to be ok, the delay is low, everything works, I came back later to test the software again, swears that the license has expired (although the date in it is until April 14) well, I think what to do and all of a sudden I notice it... the webcam was thrown using standard rdp tools without enabling "Allow RDP redirection of other supported RemoteFX USB devices from this computer", although the first time I tested it with fabulatech software, nothing changed and the camera works
I don't know what it was, I didn't touch anything, windows <3
