Is it possible to install on linux windows?
I want to rent a cloud server and connect to it via rdp and install a windows virtual machine in it.
How to do it easier?
Which RDP client to install and what min power should be?
also what virtual machine should be?

remmina/krdc - client for connecting via rdp.
VirtualBox - if you need a virtual machine.

remmina desktop normally connects via rdp to a windows machine.
The power should be sufficient for windows itself (for the seven, this is at least about 30-50 GB of disk space, and at least 2 GB of RAM. For WinXP, it can be smaller.

You can try to play around with nesting kvm, but the performance is so-so, it will be uncomfortable to do something.
You need a piece of iron, moreover, with a processor that supports virtualization in hardware.
