Is it possible to set up remote access from Ipad to a work computer?

Good afternoon!
I want to be able to do programming with Ipad. Due to the fact that the Internet will not be fast, I would like to know if it is possible to configure remote access so that only a few applications are selectively displayed: IDE, browser, etc., due to which there would be enough bandwidth.
Can this be done on your work computer? There is no static IP. Or, as an option, can you rent a server / computer for these purposes?

you can use any cloud-ide, you can make a remote desktop, you can even perform some tasks directly on the piece of iron.
but programming on a apple (and any other tablet), especially remote, even with a separate keyboard, is not for the faint of heart.
as a periodic exercise - it is quite suitable. but as a permanent - definitely not.

The teamviewer client works fine on the iPad, but typing on the touch screen is a perversion, better take a laptop
