What tools can be used to connect to a Linux PC from a Windows PC over LAN to achieve 30-60 FPS?

I tried AnyDesk, TW, Assistant, but even within the local area there are drawdowns.
PS. It's not for games.

If proprietary software does not confuse you, I recommend thinlinc . Works fast, forwards audio and USB devices, free for <=5 users. This is one of the best complete options.

On Windows I used Radmin. Pretty decent, but for the money
