Where is the time being wasted?

Good afternoon!
Faced a problem. I have 2 operating systems side by side on my laptop: Ubuntu and Windows. I'm not going to explain why, that's not the point. In Ubuntu and Windows, the time is correct. If I log into Ubuntu and everything works fine there, there are no complaints. But when after that you go into Windows, the time constantly goes astray. This problem appeared when I upgraded Ubuntu to 14.04 LTS. Maybe someone faced such a problem? What could be the problem?
PS And it always goes astray to a different variable (from several days to a week)
