How to fix error when installing epson driver on linux?

Hello, Epson perfection v550 scanner. Sane does not support it, but the epson website seems to have a driver for this scanner. When installing, it writes this (sorry in advance for so many lines, but I'm a layman and don't understand anything):

I found out that as a usb device my scanner is visible, even the manufacturer is recognized, but refuses to scan, does not identify any scanners .
I will be very grateful for your help.

First things first, deal with the package repositories. crammed with a bunch of non-working garbage.
none of the lines from the specified log refers to the printer.
write in detail what and how you do to install the printer driver.

You need to clean up the connected repositories.
1. Add a key to the runscape repository:
2. Remove the repositories that were left, probably left after the update, or were abandoned:
ppa.launchpad.net/ubuntu-wine/ppa/ubuntu, ppa.launchpad.net/freyja-dev/unity-tweak-tool-daily, ppa.launchpad.net/upubuntu-com/gtk3themes/ubuntu. This is done by deleting the corresponding .list files in /etc/apt/sources.list.d or in "application sources" in settings.
