How to flash Toshiba HDD?

Good afternoon, good people.
Generally such situation: there is a new disk Toshiba DT01ACA050 on 500Gb. Immediately after the purchase, they tried to make a full copy of another hard drive using Acronis True Image.
During this procedure, something went wrong (I don’t know what, or the electricity went out or something else).
Now the hard one is determined by the BIOS, but nothing can be done with it. Even MHDD stumbles on the very first sectors.
Another of the symptoms: if this hard drive is connected to the system, then the computer boots up much more slowly (more specifically, the transition from BIOS to OS boot). An increase in seconds by 40. It feels like hard is just constantly BUSY.
The firmware version on this HDD (according to Victoria) is MS1OA750
Can someone help with something? There is a feeling that there are some problems with the hardest firmware.

UPD .:

Handing over under warranty is not an option, because after all this action, the hard one lay in the box for almost a year. Naturally, the warranty (store) on it has already gone.

Well, in his SC.
He began to give out surprises right away - how can this consumable be used for something?

I did not use Acronis True Image, but programs for copying/cloning data should not affect the area where the firmware is located.
It's worth seeing what SMART shows. Perhaps you just got unlucky with the drive and it is subject to warranty replacement/repair.

This heavy legacy of the tsarist regime in the form of a manechka to flash all the screws will apparently not soon be a thing of the past.
Thanks Seagate.
