What are the enclosures for HDD with raid and usb?

My external pocket hard is already making death rattles, and the question arose of buying a new one. But I immediately want something like that, namely, reliability. Therefore, I’m wondering if there are not expensive solutions with the following characteristics:
- case for 2 hdd 2.5
- raid
- USB connection, preferably 3.0
- fit into (albeit a large) pocket
I assume that power from usb is not enough for 2 hdd, so don't care about the adapter - where the computer is, there is a socket. But if you still eat without additional nutrition, this option is preferable.
In this matter, it is the body that is of interest, hards are already secondary.
