Victoria knows how to format?

Launched the Victoria 4.47 program under Windows. In the Test tab, I select the Read mode and then I put the choice on Erase (from the proposed ones (Ignore, Remap, Restore). Upon completion of the process, I find that the disk is not formatted, all the data is in place.
Victoria can do "low-level formatting? Or am I clicking the wrong place

if I tested a Victoria hard drive and I see a fragment on the chart where there are 6 BAD blocks, can I use this Victoria to cut off this part of the drive so that it turns from 1TB, for example, to 800GB?

As for cutting off part of the disk, you can do this with the HPA command in Victoria, if the disk supports it.
