How to fix unmarked links already visited in Chrome?

I am engaged in analytical activities, I study investment funds, in connection with this I installed an extension that marks links that I have already visited so that I do not waste time visiting this page again.
After restarting Chrome, or laptop, all marks are removed. Like a reboot, they immediately delete it.
The browser history is not deleted, Cookies do not seem to be cleared, I thought the problem was in the extension itself, so I installed 3 more of them and still the same problem.

Most likely, on the sites where you visit, the data on the page is dynamically loaded, and the links in them are partially changed. And they do not see the expansion of their change as much as you. Can you upload a sample site?
