Chrome disabled the Youtube Center extension and made it impossible to enable

There is nothing optimistic in "More": "Extensions disabled in this way are greyed out and you will no longer be able to enable them."
Turning the extension back on does not work - the checkmark is not available. Please tell me a way to turn it back on. Or suggest an extension similar in functionality.
