YouTube stopped being friends with Chrome and Opera

When I try to watch a video on YouTube in Chrome or Opera browsers, instead of a video, I see this picture



. Interesting points:
- the sound is played without problems, that is, the video is loaded and playback begins.
- this is only on the page with the video (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=хххххх), and if viewed on the user's channel, everything is in order.
- after removing the cookies, you can still watch one video, but then the same thing starts.
- I don’t observe any anomalies in Firefox, everything is fine there .

My mother-in-law had the same story. There was a video on YouTube - only the sound was coming. At what the picture disappeared at the same time in chrome and farfox. Shamanism with reinstalling the flash player, on / off. plug-ins helped for exactly one launch, and in the second video again only sound and video troubles.
Reading the FAK from YouTube helped, where in this case there was a recommendation to go into the properties of the flash (with the right key, etc.) and disable hardware support on the first tab of the properties. Immediately the video worked in all browsers without any "incubator build".
