How to disable custom site hotkeys?

Actually, subject. The same habr, among many others, randomly flips pages and does strange things while I switch music, change the volume, and so on - changing global hotkeys because of sites is completely strange, yet my settings are more important than usability speculation.

In general, no way.
You can only turn off JavaScript entirely for the site you're on, but if you do, you'll likely lose many of the site's other features as well.
