How to fix the Internet by connecting to Russian services through the application interface (Beeline / iOS 15.4)?

Friends, good day!

I am the owner of SmartBox Pro (Beeline / Moscow) and have recently experienced problems with Internet access to Russian services (Yandex, Sberbank, Mail Group) from mobile devices (Iphone 12/13 mini).

I suppose there are serious guys hanging out here with a much deeper understanding of network issues, in connection with which I am asking for help and advice in my difficult problem. I would be very grateful for tips!

Equipment:

  • Router: Smart Box Pro (v2.0.19)
  • Mobile Phones: Iphone 12 mini / 13 mini (iOS 15.4, same issues on 15.3.1)
  • Provider: Beeline (home and mobile internet)


Case:
  • There is absolutely no connection to the service (Yandex.Disk, Yandex.Market, SberMegaMarket, Vkontakte and sometimes others) via Wi-Fi, through applications.
  • If you connect to services via a mobile browser (Chrome) through the same Wi-Fi network, there is a connection, it works without any complaints.
  • If you connect via a mobile network - there is almost always a connection, it works flawlessly.
  • From a PC, problems with Internet access to any Russian services have never been observed - everything works fine.
  • It happened that there is no connection through the 5GHz network, but through 2.4 it is, although both networks themselves work fine.
  • At the moment, for some services, reinstalling the application helped (but not for all), which can be a banal coincidence, because. it often happens that today there is no Wi-Fi connection through the application interface, tomorrow there is.


Attempts to resolve the issue:
  • Beeline specialists checked the line and reset the router settings, bound DNS from Cloudflare - no results. Also, one of the Beeline engineers said that since the beginning of March, one of the backbone segments of the Internet had fallen off.
  • I consulted with Apple specialists, tried to flash the firmware via a PC to eliminate an error in the firmware via wifi installation, reset network settings, deleted VPN applications - no results.
  • I wrote to the developers of Yandex.Disk, but have not yet received a clear answer, at the current stage they are asking me for information - so far they have not come to anything.

I would be grateful for any help, advice for understanding what to do and where to dig!

Is it extremely lying that there is a problem with wifi, but for example there is no cable
option 2 - put a normal router (and not a craft from the beeline) and try
option 3 on it - at the time of the problem, try to specify directly on mobile phones, third-party DNS. For example google or cloudflare. there in wifi there is such a setting on iphones
