Reminders not syncing in iOS12 and Mac OS Catalina?

Hello.
I use macOS Catalina (10.15.1 (19B88)), the reminders have been updated to the current version. But at the same time, the iPhone 6 Plus is not updated to iOS 13, as it is no longer supported.
That is, it turned out we have different versions of the "Reminders" program, which are not synchronized with each other in any way.
Apple how so?? So, so radically ... Like "finita la comedy"? Can you throw away your iPhone?
Can anyone come up with something or is there any adequate solution? (except iPhone replacement)
