How to fix black screen after installing video driver?

Hello, I recently decided to resurrect a supposedly deceased Lenovo G565 laptop. Windows 7 once crashed on it, and after reinstalling it did not want to install video card drivers - after installation, the computer refused to turn on on the first reboot, a black screen. Saved only safe mode - after removing the video driver, the computer turned on normally. Recently I tried to reinstall the system again, but the computer refused to live again. Several different drivers were tried for one video card - but there was either no effect at all, or the computer did not work. Then I thought that the problem was in the system itself and installed XP, but it turned out that the same thing was happening there. There was only one thing left - to install Linux, and he already installed the driver at the installation stage, and everything worked. However, I would like to put Windows
Here are the specifications of my computer:
AMD Phenom(tm) II N870 Triple-Core Processor 2.4 GHz
ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5470 - 512 MB
Op. Memory 4 GB 1066 MHz
Hard Drive 320 GB Western Digital
There is a CD with drivers. Came with a computer. Video drivers do not have any effect, but all the others are installed and work properly.
Thanks in advance for your help!
PS - I found a series of old Catalysts (version 12.2 worked), and the computer started up, but sometimes when turned on it gives a blue screen or simply does not turn on (again, after the Windows logo, a black screen). Inclusion in 40 percent of cases approximately.

Unfortunately, I don't have a recovery disk specifically for 565. So let's go the simple right way. We put a clean OS, without any DriverPaks. If the network is up, go to offsite and download all the necessary drivers for your OS. If you don’t get up, we go there but from another computer and transfer it with a USB flash drive. If after installing the video driver there is a black screen, there is a high probability of a dead video chip. Good luck.

Try to enter safe mode after installing the drivers and run the reg file with the following content:
Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Control\Class\{4D36E968-E325-11CE-BFC1-0 8002BE10318}\0000\DalPerfMeasure]
"BCD_Display_0_PowerState__Off"=hex:04,02
"BCD_Display_0_PowerState__On"=hex:33
"BCD_Display_1_PowerState__Off"=-
"BCD_Display_1_PowerState__On"=-
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Control\Class\{4D36E968-E325-1030021}-1030021 ]
"KMD_EnableBrightnesslf2"=dword:00000001
