What to look for when choosing a laptop for design?

Hello. After trying unsuccessfully to fix problems with my "old" new laptop, I decided to sell it. And, accordingly, buy a new one. The budget is small, about 40 tr, no more. I would like to hear what parameters are preferable for comfortable work in Photoshop and Illustrator, and maybe even look at the options you suggested.
Here are the parameters of the current laptop, which are not enough for work:

1) IPS display, FHD.
2) 8GB of RAM (less is no longer relevant in our time), preferably with the possibility of expanding up to 16GB, if you are going to use the laptop for a long time. Well, or in extreme cases, 4GB with the possibility of expanding up to 8GB.
3) It is desirable to have a 128GB SSD for the system and other things. This will significantly speed up the work. But this is not necessary if it does not fit into the budget. But if anything, you can buy an SDD separately and put it in a laptop if there is a special place or a DVD drive (HDD-caddy).
4) The processor is not so critical, but something from the core i3 / i5 is desirable
5) An integrated graphics card (especially if it is something at the HD 4600 level) should be enough, or a weak discrete one.

A normal display, as far as I understand, is better than an IPS matrix. Resolution >= FullHD. Discrete video, at least 8GB of RAM, preferably an SSD.

For some reason, this one was advised to me, now it costs about 50k. But I am somehow confused by the price for such systems (there is only a weak processor, it seems).

Full HD is a must. 8GB of RAM is a must. An SSD is a must.
For 40tr you can only find a used device, for example, I'm selling this now.

massive projects (such as a 4096x4096 image with 32 layers with effects) will take up a lot of RAM (it’s worth taking at least 8), and in order to turn it all over, you need a normal processor (there are pentiums that are not bad, but i5 is better).
the screen is bigger, even 17, not 15. it will be hard to carry such a laptop.
at the expense of ssd - FIG knows. I'm not sure if these programs stream the file from disk, most likely they load it entirely into memory. so the ssd is only needed for fast loading / saving.
