Will the laptop go to ryzen 3 2200u for office tasks and simple games?

My wife needs a laptop for work. 3-4 Word documents, a couple of open pdfs, 5-6 browser tabs, IE can be opened with a couple of tabs. In my free time - watch youtube in fullhd and play simple games like sims and something like that. In the drain, the laptop has 8 gigs of RAM + 1000 hdd, in a month I will add another 8 gigs of RAM and ssd. Does it make sense to look for a laptop for these tasks on a Ryzen 5 2500u or should a Ryzen 3 2200u handle it?
