What about cooling in MSI G63 thin?

The laptop is not mine, I did not recommend it, all coincidences are random
In idle, on a desktop with a CPU load of 1-5%, GPU 0%
Average temp of 60 degrees for both
I understand that the laptop is shit, and that this is a fucking stove ( I hate Msi)
But the question needs to be solved somehow.
Are there gaskets or what?
stove itself msi GF63 Thin 95C-089CN
GTX1650Max Q 4Gb, Core i7 9750H
Os Windows 10 LTSC x64

In the BIOS, see if you can adjust the speed of coolers or some utility.
Well, the rest is as usual: disassemble and check.

Well, okay, let msi be shit, but LTSC is clearly not there from the factory. Look at the tool from the manufacturer of shit to control the operating modes of CO, it was not installed most likely when Windows was rolled.
