How to fix bad sectors on macOS?
Hello. There is an external HDD and bad blocks appeared on it. The partition table is there GUID, ie. MacOS Extended (journaled) FS.
For some reason, on Sierra and High Sierra, the standard disk utility in "First Aid" cannot do anything; writes that everything is OK, but Disk Drill finds bads. Are there any programs on the poppy for a similar task? Thank you.

Not worth it.
Initially, bad sectors are reassigned to healthy ones from the reserve by the disk itself. And you won't even see them.
Then, when the disk reserve ends, this remapping goes to the file system level.
If you see these bad sectors, then the disk is dying.
