Dropped hdd missing some folders?

Hello everyone, in general, there was a nuisance during the shutdown of an external hard drive, I dropped it from 10-15 centimeters.
And now several directories with files (mostly pictures) are not readable. That is, there are catalogs, but the files in them are gone.
testdisk sees files but does not restore, throws an error copying data.
Tell me more options how to pick it up.

With physical damage - to the office for the restoration of disks. Let them at least look at the condition of the heads and pancakes in the containment area.
