TrueCrypt does not see the disk partition, what happened to it?

The situation is as follows: there is an external HDD, a partition for TrueCrypt was created on it. Now TrueCrypt does not see it at all, although it is there.

At the same time, I see it in the disk management snap-in, but when I try to view the properties, an error appears:

Maybe I did something and I don’t remember what exactly.

The problem is not big, there are backups on another disk, but it's very interesting to figure it out.
