What could be the causes of SSD lags in Windows 10?

Sistemnik. After upgrading from Win 8.1 to 10, an unpleasant feature appeared. Periodically, without a pattern, the system starts to heavily load the disk. Those. the light bulb on the body burns without ceasing, but at the same time:
1) The computer does not hang - the mouse moves, the windows are switched.
2) Nothing happens in the windows themselves. If the movie was played, then it goes on for another 10 seconds and freezes. Chrome quietly switches between tabs, but the pages themselves do not load until the end of the lag.
3) The task manager and the performance manager also freeze, i.e. does not come out to calculate what kind of process is loading.
The system is on an SSD and I have no idea what can load it like that. And it loads the system partition, because. when the HDD is working, you can hear it.
In general, there are ideas where to dig? And yes, I rearranged the system from scratch and the problem reappeared.
PS
Superfetch turned off - it's not him.

faced something similar, the main load on the system disk comes from file indexing and the swap file for a week, almost 1 TB for writing can take

If everything worked in 8-ke, then it's hardly an SSD. My laptop on 10-ke periodically started to load itself under 60-70% without my actions. Already started to sin on the virus but was able to see a suspiciously active process. It turned out to be a system updater and half the Internet is outraged by it. A couple of days lowered and passed.
