How to fix atikmpag.sys error 0x00000116 on HP Probook 4730s laptop?
Good afternoon, I had an error with atikmpag.sys 0x00000116 today on an HP Probook 4730s laptop. Video card AMD Radeon HD 7470M (there is also an integrated one from Intel). When working in normal mode (even without launching resource-intensive applications, for example, Photoshop), the image freezes periodically. Then color artifacts appear on the screen, which gradually fill the entire screen. The keyboard and mouse stop responding (freeze) at the same time. Eventually the screen goes black (the "blue screen of death", as a rule, does not appear, and the crash dump is not created). On subsequent launches, the blue screen is not displayed, only black. And also at one time informed me that "AMD Video Adapter has stopped responding and has been restored." And the last week there was a strange operation of the cursor (you select something / transfer and the computer itself resets the selection). I haven't played games for a long time. Please help me solve the problem. Thank you very much in advance!

The issue was resolved by replacing the video adapter with a new one of the same model. Additionally, a new version of the video adapter control program has been
installed. Update from 09.2019. After about 6 months after the decision, the video card from AMD completely broke down, it works on the integrated intel
