How to find out what hangs mikrotik?

Good afternoon, set up rb2011 according to our needs. Firmware version 6.41.3
Apart from the flood on port 53 from the outside, everything seems to be working stably, except that yesterday it (there are no more words) was rebooted randomly, and at night from about 22:00 to midnight it hung tightly. Sagging so much in the morning after juggling food. pings to machines, none of them went to the router, I tried both via the terminal and via ssh and winbox, the result 1 did not connect.

Collect statistics on CPU load, memory, logs outside. If the problem is not hardware - it will be possible to track.
Is the flood at 53 still covered or do you know about it, but does the tick shine from the outside with all its services?

Make the Supout.rif file right after the reboot of the hung Mikrotik.
Then read its contents in your personal account on mikrotik.com.
Maybe there will be something useful there.
