Can't connect to mikrotik on a different subnet?

There are 2 mikrotika connected via VPN (192.168.0.1 and 192.168.1.1). The problem actually is this: I try to connect from Mikrotik 192.168.0.1 to Mikrotik 192.168.1.1 nothing comes out (could not connect to 192.168.1.1), but if I do the opposite, that is, I try to connect from 192.168.1.1 to 192.168.0.1 then everything comes out. They ping each other, tried to connect both through the web interface and through Winbox, the result is the same. Moreover, I connect to devices in the 192.168.1.0/24 subnet from the 192.168.0.0/24 subnet without problems

@cssman

with routing exactly everything is OK?
if yes, then most likely somewhere in one direction the rules are blocking to the host, look in this direction
