How to find out the volume and density of a liquid up to 50 ml and are there any smd sensors for this?
The point is the following. There is a container of complex shape, the elementary base of which can only be pushed into the bottom. Its volume is on average from 30 ml to 50 ml. I am looking for ways to measure the density of the liquid in it and its volume. In general, these are dependent parameters. The container is mobile and moving, so the scale is not suitable. Maybe some optical elements can measure the density of a liquid? In view of the small design, the elementary base is sought precisely in the form of SMD elements.
It is also difficult to measure the height of the column, since the liquid is blood in its various states and consistency. I'm trying to find some methods, but I still can't understand at least the principles of how to do it in such an environment. I will be grateful for any ideas.

to measure the density, the pressure difference is used, with a known column height.
accordingly, at the bottom you need a pressure sensor and know the height of the column, determine the height optically or by ultrasound, but this height sensor must be located on the top of the vessel.
I can assume that at least the mass of the internal fluid can be calculated based on the difference in centrifugal forces of your mobile container in empty and semi-empty states, using an electronic accelerometer, for example.
Blood density can probably be calculated from the transparency of the sample. Blood usually consists of plasma, which, in principle, has a very precise level of salinity, and, as a result, density, as well as millions of different blood bodies, the average number of which can most likely be calculated precisely from optical transparency. But for some reason it seems to me that the density of a blood sample will have an extremely slight deviation from some average value .
Taking into account this density, as well as the mass from the first measurement, it is possible to calculate the volume of liquid in a container of complex shape.
