How to find old files in windows?

how to find files larger than 100mb (it is possible without this condition) that have not been used for more than 6 months?
e.g. by last modified date or last accessed date

enter the following line in Windows Explorer search:
size: > 100 MB date modified: < December 2016
on regular Windows it works, on Windows Server there is no way to check
