How to filter messages coming from what I understand as temporary mailboxes in Outlook 2016?

In fact, there is no universal way.
Full flight for creativity. I have such rules that letters from known recipients get into the "Inbox", all the rest go according to the rules if there are the words "reply", "notif", "info", "robot", etc. - fall into the mailing folder, and the rest into the "View" folder.
