How to fix outlook archive problem?

Good afternoon. When I try to open an archive in outlook 2016 I get an error (0x80040600: MAPI_E_CORRUPT_STORE).
I tried clearing the cache, ran the archive through scanpst.exe. It works for 40 minutes and then this error appears again. The archive "weighs" only 7GB.
