How to export a gif in a small size for a website?

I made an animation for the site, they don’t accept it in html format, they say you need a gif. When I export a gif, everything goes into megabytes, and the minimum size is 150kb. Is there any way to optimize the gif to this size?
PS I already did it in After and in Animate, everything is the same

Each frame in the gif is a separate image. The fewer frames, the smaller the size. 150Kb can accommodate 3-4 banner frames 240*400 with a small palette

The size depends on the size (height/width) and number of frames.
