How to draw up an act of acceptance?

Hello.
There is a service that is provided in the form of tariffs for periods. (for 1 month, for 3 months, for a year, etc.)
It is not very clear how to send a certificate of completion when working with legal entities.
For example, after signing the contract, we will write that the act will be ready in n days, and the originals will be sent to the post office.
For example, legal a person purchased a tariff for 1 year. Here I would like to know - is it necessary to send an act of completed work every month? Or you can send it once. If so, how can it be described? Immediately send an act that they completed the work in a year? And send then immediately or in a year, when the tariff ends?

If you granulate the service by months, then the acts must be monthly.
If all is well, then they are not required. But in the event of a conflict, the client will justify the refusal to sign the act, and if the act is monthly, you will return the payment for the month, with the annual act - for the year ...
For you, the act is essentially the only document that, in case of a conflict, documented that the services were rendered.

It is easier to write in the contract - "the fact of payment is the fact of recognition of the work completed." This will not require separate acts.
How exactly to send - talk with the accountant of THE organization.
There are very, very different opinions.
I have been working with one office for 15 years - nothing, no extra papers, although they paid by bank.
And now they decided for each trifling matter, figuratively speaking, for a hundred rubles - you see, they needed a full package of documents.

You must have an agreement with the subscriber.
In this contract there is a chapter on the order of acceptance of services.
In this chapter, you describe the procedure, frequency and timing of the transfer of acts, as well as the procedure for signing them by the subscriber.
Everything.
