Does anyone have rights to VK content?

I am making an unofficial mobile client for one of the communities.
Does someone own the rights to the content and can they show me something?
From the rules of VC the answer is not obvious.

In accordance with the civil code, the content and all rights to it belong to its author (Civil Code Article 1255). Rights can be transferred, but authorship cannot be transferred.
But if you write the license in such a way that the user will get legal access to the content through your client, i.e. you will not copy the content somewhere and give access to it to those who do not have access to the content inside VKontakte, but will act solely as a client application, then you do not perform any actions with the copyright object and do not violate anyone's rights.
