Where can I buy a virtual number on the Internet to receive SMS?
What I managed to google are usually options for business, with a significant subscription fee, requiring corporate mail, etc. They, logically, offer a lot of features that I don't need at all.
Are there options for ordinary people? With a one-time cost and some small amount for _outgoing_ SMS?
