Publication of correspondence - is it possible, or is it necessary to ask consent?

Good afternoon.
Is it necessary to ask the interlocutor for permission to publish the correspondence? For example, if the correspondence goes to Whatsapp/Telegramm/Email, you are interested in Russia and Europe.
For example, on the forum. Suppose the interlocutor is an ordinary person, not a legal entity. face (what would change if it were)?
Thank you.

You can publish, but only your personal correspondence and with reservations.
Article 138 applies to third parties. If you have gained access to someone else's correspondence, then you have violated this article.
Article 137 prohibits the publication of information about private life that is a personal or family secret.
You can also be sued for personal data (cover it up), slander, information that discredits honor and dignity or damages business reputation (this is for a legal entity).

IMHO, sharing personal correspondence is always a violation of the law and ethics, even if you show the correspondence where the scammer threw you, since no thief is caught without trial.
