There should be an FTP section in the agency's isp panel, create an account there and scan the site via FTP. According to the database - there should also be a phpmyadmin link, or run some kind of dumper on hosting via FTP and make a backup

In theory, somewhere in the control panel there should be data for connecting via FTP, connect using, for example, Total Commander, and download it. And if you need a database, find the entrance to the DBMS and export the database using the "Export" button.
If it is possible to create and download backups, create a backup and download it.
