When should fonts be included?

Good afternoon.
Plz tell me how to understand that it is necessary to connect fonts when making up a site.
Here I am now making up a site that uses the Raleway font. Photoshop highlighted it in yellow (it is clear that it is not in the system), I downloaded the font, installed it in Windows, converted it to the formats I needed (eot, otf, svg, woff) and connected it to the site.
But how can you understand at the next layout that a non-standard font is used? After all, Photoshop will no longer highlight me.
Thank you.

if the font is from the set Arial, Arial Black, Comic Sans MS, Courier, New Georgia, Impact, Times New Roman, Trebuchet MS, Verdana, then it does not need to be connected separately. Read more here lamp-dev.ru/verstalshhiku-o-shriftax-bezopasnye-sh...

Under Photoshop, you can write a script for your needs. For example, here a person made a script to display the fonts used on the current layout. I think that, knowing the basic set of fonts known to any browser (Arial, Verdana, etc.) and a little js basics, you can easily tweak the script to issue the fonts you need to include in your css.
