Why is the text not displayed on the site when the fonts are connected?

Goodnight!
There is a website - this is a landing page, one page.
The fonts are connected by the line:

<link rel="stylesheet" href="assets/css/fonts.css" type="text/css" media="all" />

but are not displayed. Fonts downloaded from offsite , font-face for them from there.
I'm scratching my head and can't figure it out. Help me please!

I need a link to the page where the problem is.
perhaps there is no Cyrillic in the font? perhaps there is no required font format for your browser? Perhaps the server is not serving the font files? perhaps put a "/" before "assets/"?
