Faced with the fact that chrome and opera do not display all the fonts / information on the sites. FF is ok. Here, for example, is such a site volgapm.ru, it is not a single one, there are other examples. But 90% of sites are ok.

The font is not correctly connected on the sites, not in all variations. There may be a conflict with the installed font.
In this case, it is connected with 300 and 400 boldness, and is not displayed where it should be bold.
