The minimize button blinks in browsers, what could be the reason?

Good day! The situation is strange. For a couple of days I have been observing this behavior of browsers

In FF, the minimize button blinks quickly, in other browsers it also blinks, but slowly. Runs terribly! With what can be connected? In different browsers, different extensions - ad Block or not at all, reinstalled Browsers, cleaned out garbage from Programs and Features, Avast antivirus.

1. Try disabling your keyboard/mouse and see if the problem persists. Maybe a key is stuck on the keyboard?
2. Have you installed any dubious software? installers are now forcing the installation of all sorts of browser plugins - maybe they can damage something? check the list of included plugins
