Broken font in Chrome. How to fix?

Good afternoon. The font in Chrome broke, became bold and the letters now "play" in height. I didn’t touch anything in the settings, apparently after the next update it happened (in my opinion, about a month or two ago). Such distortions are not on all sites.
Tell me, please, how to fix it?

You can try changing the font size to plus or minus a pixel. but more often this is because the font is not original.
