How to display a list of interfaces by SNMP in TheDude?

Hello dear!
I draw specific pieces of iron in TheDude, there is little information on them, and SNMP on them, apparently, is some kind of non-standard one. Non-standard is expressed in the fact that snmpwalk in the program displays a bunch of information, and in the device settings on the map on the SNMP tab it is empty. Accordingly, there are no interfaces in the drop-down list on the links between them.

We received MIBs from the manufacturer in the form of a bunch of .txt, .mib and .wri files. Dude does not eat these wri, fed them, renaming them to txt, but this did not fix the situation.
The task is to display the current channel load on the links and draw a graph, as it is easily able to "pipe" with any cisco or other switch / router that came across to me. I myself find oid's with a list of interfaces and bitrate on them.

In which direction to dig, so that the dude in its classic form understands the interfaces and sees the traffic on them?
