How to request via snmp from one VM to another?

Hello,
I have 2 VMs installed and I want to get information using snmpwalk system from a remote VM to a local one.
Each VM has its own IP of course, snmpd is installed on the agent (remote IP = 192.168.1.32), and when I use
snmpwalk 192.168.1.32 -v 2c -c public system
it I get
No Response from 192.168.1.32
ping 192.168.1.32 and ssh -p 22 [email protected] work without problems.
what is the problem?

snmpd not installed/not running/configured, port closed by firewall.

- Non-standard port, port blocked by antivirus, firewall.
- snmpd did not start.
- no community public
- allowed addresses are not specified, the request is rejected
