Polling traps via Zabbix?

Good afternoon!
Tell me, there is a program (who is interested in WEM) that polls the device using traps and gives errors (if any). I wanted to transfer all this to zabbix, but unfortunately these OIDs do not produce any results. I want to know what could be the problem and how to fix it?

Traps are not a survey. Polling is when the server asks the device "Hey, tell me the value of the xyz parameter". A trap is when the device itself shouts to the server "Hey, I have an abc event!"
If you have an snmp poll, try querying problematic oids through, for example, MIB Browser. And if traps - you need to specify on the device the address of the Zabbix server that will receive alerts, and configure the reception of traps on the server (including installing MIB files for the device). And in both cases, you need to correctly (equally) configure the SNMP community.
