Jumps SysUptime.0 SNMP value in Zabbix. What is the reason?

I am deploying an extensive monitoring system on Zabbix for a company (before that I had PRTG, but 100 sensors for 400 euros did not suit me at all). Several devices on SysUptime.0 via SNMP were returning very fluctuating data at the same time yesterday. The collection and rigger on SysUptime.0 are as follows:
Collection:

OID: SysUptime.0
Type of information: Numeric (float)
Multiplier: 0.01
Units: s

Trigger:
{IP:uptime-cisco.change(0)}<0
The object always returns an increasing number until the moment of reboot (after it, the values are reset to zero)
But yesterday there was some kind of anomaly, I can’t understand why.

What could be the reason for this?
