How to send response to snmp python command?

Tell me plizz, I'm writing a program and I'm thinking of attaching a snmp module to it, but I don't know which one. The idea is to come up with oid and if it is requested, then answer in the form of value 1 or 0 is there an accident or not. nothing more is needed. Does anyone know how to do this in python.
