How to monitor Cisco switches from a different subnet?

Hello!

We have:
- Cisco switches 10.0.10.0/24 VLAN10
- Zabbix server on Hyper-V 10.0.1.0/24 VLAN20
The networks are not connected.
Advise how to configure switches so that Zabbix can see from SNMP
