How to disable lan blocking in openwrt?

I installed tl-mr3020 openwrt on TP-link via a standard web interface. Due to inexperience in the firewall settings blocked access to lan. Wifi is not configured, there is no access to the web interface through a cable, not through telnet, or to other methods. Tried various ways to completely reset the settings, none of them work. Please tell me what can be done.
