How to properly configure ufw on a VPS server allocated to me so that I can access it via KVM?

All the best!
I took a VPS server (Debian 10), set up a firewall with UFW as the first dev, banned everything, allowed access with my static ip + nginx.
I decided to check if there is access via KVM through the browser console of the server provider, it turned out that there is no access.
How to properly configure ufw so that it works as I intended (above), but also so that KVM can get to it

KVM - serves for virtual connection to the computer, as if you directly connected the keyboard, mouse and monitor. It is hardly possible to talk about some kind of firewalls and other protective mechanisms of operating systems here. Refer to the documentation of the VPS vendor, or to its technical support

I apologize to everyone for the inconvenience. Understood.
It turns out that KVM was a little bit stupid or my browser was dumb (like me in other ways), and reacted inadequately to pressing the ENTER key, and since the firewall was turned on, connection errors were hoarse in the KVM console ....
