How to redirect all outgoing traffic that is addressed to port 1111 to port 2222 on CentOS 7?

The application is trying to reach port 1111 on another machine on the network. Can I use a firewall to redirect all outgoing traffic from this machine on port 1111 to port 2222 on another machine? It is on the machine where the traffic comes from.
